That would explain why Greek Honey was sold out immediately. And I had been asking them to re-order it for so long!
I wonder if we'll ever see the cappuccino soy milk again?
I have noticed a funny thing with stock in supermarkets in the Gulf countries: if a product sells out, it is a very bad thing as it means it will be forgotten about and never ordered again.
Ian, is there a place where I can complain and ask them to order stuff? Like caffeine free diet coke, small six packs of V8, Onken, decaf espresso, soy milk, goat's cheese, ... the list gets longer ...
Nadia - totally different topic to yogurt but if any Salalah ladies are in Muscat I recommend they visit Al Afdhal Bukhur in CCC, Qurum. Ruqaiya has a huge selection of homemade (alcohol free) oudh based perfumes and a wonderful amount of different bukhor - I especially love "Nurdeen". I highly recommend this store. Many brides visit here before their wedding - the shop has a fantastic reputation in Muscat. http://khaleejikat.blogspot.com/2011/12/oudh.html Khaleejikat
haha, so funny! I was thinking of you when I walked past the yoghurts the other day! :-)
ReplyDeleteNadia, what's your favorite flavor?
ReplyDeleteGreek honey. Apple mango.
ReplyDeleteI've bought the last Onken piece 30 minutes ago. I guess you must have bought your monthly stock
ReplyDeleteHoney yogurt - I would never have thought of that one!
